We have on a staff a 15 year Project Management Institute (PMI) Certified Project Management Professional (PMP). To hold this prestigious certification that individual must have extensive practical work experience, education and pass a third party certification exam. To maintain this certification the individual must continue to work and follow a 60 PDU education program over a 3 year re-certification cycle. Before joining TG Services, he was the program manager for the Cloud Computing program office for a global 50 technology company.
Our Consulting Lead Partner is a certified Executive Management consultant who has over 35 years experience in organizational change, business process, marketing, sales and technology projects. He has served on various industry, governmental and enterprise level advisory boards. He has been a speaker at various industry conferences over his career. He has held various leadership positions during his career. Before joining TG Services he assisted a Global 50 technology firm acquire a Big 6 Consulting firm and then headed their America’s Freight Logistics Practice. He has also held positions of CIO and CFO during his career.
We have a certified Information Technology Architect who has over 35 years technology enablement of business processes. He has worked on large enterprise system utilizing multiple vendor technologies. He has been involved in very small, 2 person projects to very large multi-location efforts involving hundreds of individuals across the globe. He has designed and implemented numerous technology platforms including but not limited to web based, mainframe and local client environments. He has been instrumental in implementing technology governance processes in numerous clients bringing the technology and business communities together to manage on-going solutions.
We have a key specialist, at the Partner level, that aids in our development of client websites, branding and marketing material development. He is a professional photographer and graphics artist. He has worked with various companies and agencies in capturing the essence of their product and or firm in a picture. His unique skills can certainly apply when you consider “a picture is worth a thousand words”. This is not a skill to be considered lightly as it truly is art being applied to technology science.
Our Applications Development and Systems Integration Lead Partner has over 10 years of integrating disparate apparatuses into a comprehensive solution. This has included but has not been limited to integration at the hardware, software and firmware levels. He has been crucial in guiding the development of our core technologies that provide value add capabilities to our clients. He holds a Top Secret security clearance for those clients requiring DOD level clearances. He has extensive knowledge in communications technologies ranging from hand held devices through satellite systems. He is multi lingual in numerous application development languages as is our entire core technology team.
We have a financial consultant whom holds a MBA in Finance and is a CPA. He has held various positions including that of Big 5 Consultant and as an enterprise assistant controller. He holds a Top Secret DOD security clearance. He is well versed in both privately held and publicly held enterprise finance and accounting.
Beyond our core team, we bring on board additional incremental resources as required by a project statement of work (SOW) to meet our client needs.
